简要规则描述: 金建村地处新场镇东首,是新场镇东部门户,东至宣桥镇张家桥村,南邻王桥村,西接新场镇区东城居委,北隔惠新港与蒋桥村及宣桥镇张家桥村相望。村域面积为2.40平方公里;下辖11个村民小组。常住人口3297人,其中户籍人口1484人、外来人口1813人,党员127人;60岁以上人口668人,老龄化率为21.84%。全村以农业种植为主,主要种植水稻、玉米、桃子、梨、矮脚青等经济作物全村耕地面积总计963.9亩,其中规模化经营士地面积约639.3亩,2023年村集体可支配收入350万元。

Brief Specification Description: Jinjian Village is located at the eastern end of Xinchang Town and is the eastern gateway of Xinchang Town. It borders Zhangjiaqiao Village in Xuanqiao Town to the east, Wangqiao Village to the south, Dongcheng Neighborhood Committee in Xinchang Town to the west, and faces Jiangqiao Village and Zhangjiaqiao Village in Xuanqiao Town across Huixin Port to the north. The village covers an area of 2.40 square kilometers; It has 11 village groups under its jurisdiction. There are 3297 permanent residents, including 1484 registered residence, 1813 migrants, and 127 Party members; There are 668 people aged 60 and above, with an aging rate of 21.84%. The whole village is mainly engaged in agricultural cultivation, mainly planting economic crops such as rice, corn, peaches, pears, and dwarf green. The total cultivated land area of the village is 963.9 mu, of which the area of large-scale management is about 639.3 mu. In 2023, the village collective disposable income is 3.5 million yuan.

合同履约期限: 服务期限6个月,具体以合同签订日期为准。

二、申请人的资格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定;

(2)扶持残疾人福利性单位,并将其视同小微型企业;

(2) 未 被 信 用 中 国 ( www.creditchina.gov.cn ) 、 中 国 政 府 采 购 网 (www.ccgp.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法失信主体、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单;
(3)项目负责人为高级工程师及注册城乡规划师。
(4)须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织;
(5)单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商,不得参加同一合同下的政府采购活动。
(6)本次招标不接受联合投标。
